These guidelines help us create a smooth, stress-free experience for both pets and their owners.

General Requirements for All Services

All pets must be in good health, up to date with vaccinations, and free from contagious illnesses or parasites. Owners are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their pet’s behaviour, medical history, dietary needs, and any special care instructions. This ensures our team can tailor services to suit each individual pet. Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to service commencement.

We also require pets to be microchipped where applicable and wearing a secure collar with identification tags. For safety and insurance purposes, all bookings must be confirmed in advance through our official booking system, and full payment or deposit may be required depending on the service selected.

Dog Walking Service Requirements

For our dog walking service, dogs must be sociable, non-aggressive, and comfortable around other animals and people, unless a solo walk has been specifically arranged. Owners should ensure their dog has a suitable lead, harness, or collar, and provide access instructions if they are not home during collection times.

We recommend informing us of any behavioural traits such as pulling, anxiety, or recall issues so we can assign the most suitable handler. Dogs must be physically fit for exercise, and any restrictions due to age or health should be clearly communicated in advance.

Pet Grooming Service Requirements

Before attending a grooming session, pets should be reasonably clean and free from severe matting or untreated skin conditions unless disclosed beforehand. Owners must notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns that could affect grooming treatments.

Pets should be comfortable being handled and not display aggressive behaviour. In cases where pets are particularly anxious or difficult, additional handling fees may apply, or we may recommend a tailored grooming plan. All grooming appointments must be booked in advance, and timely arrival is essential to avoid delays.

Pet Daycare Requirements

For daycare services, pets must be well-socialised and able to interact safely with other animals in a group environment. A trial session may be required to assess compatibility and behaviour before full enrolment. Pets must be toilet-trained (where applicable) and respond to basic commands.

Owners are responsible for providing food, treats, and any personal items their pet may need during their stay. Emergency contact details must be provided, along with a designated backup contact. Drop-off and collection times must be adhered to, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Pet Training Service Requirements

Owners must commit to consistency and follow-through outside of sessions, as training success depends heavily on reinforcement at home. Pets should be healthy, capable of learning, and not under extreme stress or illness during training periods.

We ask owners to be present for certain sessions where required, particularly for behavioural training, to ensure techniques are correctly understood and applied. Clear goals and expectations should be discussed prior to training to achieve the best outcomes.
