3. Trial Sessions

4. Vaccination Policy

Owners may be required to provide proof of vaccinations before daycare attendance.

5. Drop-Off & Collection

9. Safety & Welfare

10. Cancellations & No-Shows

Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations.

• Repeated no-shows

11. Liability

While every reasonable precaution is taken:

• Pets may interact physically during play

• Minor scratches or incidents may occasionally occur

Nothing within these terms excludes liability where prohibited by UK law.

12. Service Refusal

• Payments remain outstanding

• False or misleading information has been provided

13. Photos & Social Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during daycare sessions for:

• Social media marketing

Owners may request that their pet’s images are not used publicly.
